Shipping Policy

 *COVID19 UPDATE: All of our suppliers and delivery partners are continuing to operate and while enhanced safety measures are being implemented, order fulfillment is continuing unaffected. The only exception is that we are unfortunately unable currently to deliver to business addresses*


The combined order processing and delivery time for all products is 4 to 8 business days with the exception of garden houses which take 10 to 17 days.

All of our products are dispatched from our suppliers warehouses in the Netherlands and the UK.

All items are inclusive of UK VAT, free shipping and any import charges.


Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit or debit card for the purchase. 

As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. 

Orders received before 4pm which are in stock, will be made with our suppliers that day (Excluding Sundays and public/ national holidays, unless otherwise announced). Orders made after 4pm will be made with our suppliers the following business day.

In the highly unlikely event that your  item(s) are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and inform you by e-mail. 

If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 3 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock, we will process the charges and it will ship within three business days from the date of your order. Average dispatch time is 1-2 business days.

We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within three business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

Patio Eden cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive due to errors made when entering your address and contact details. Please ensure that all order details are correct before confirming an order.

Please also note that the address must be accessible to courier drivers and if no delivery instructions are left the customer must ensure that there is someone at the address to receive the package.

The order is the customer’s responsibility once the package(s) arrive at the address supplied when making the order. cannot be held responsible if the package goes missing once delivered at the address.

Please also note that deliveries made to business addresses or at a place of work are considered received once they arrive at the address. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the item is safely received.



Cancellations made within 48 hours will be refunded in full provided the order has not already been dispatched.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a £20 administration fee, whether or not your order has been dispatched.

If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

All of our products offer a 6 month full replacement manufacturer warranty and a 2 year partial refund or partial replacement manufacturer warranty.
