Tidio Customer Support Live Chat
This website uses Tidio, a chat platform that connects users with the customer support of PatioEden.co.uk. We collect names or email addresses only with the users consent, in order to start the chat. The messages and data exchanged are stored within the Tidio application.
Patio Eden Ltd does not make use of the messages or data other than to follow up on users’ registered issues or inquiries. Your personal data will be processed and transmitted in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Communicate with you; Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services including remarketing.
If you have opted into our newsletter mailing list at checkout we will use your email address to deliver this as detailed above.
